There's no better way to get a party started than with hoop dance! In an hour of your energy filled with hoop dancing, fun music, games and guided tricks. Kids will love participating in organized, interactive, team games and an all out hula hoop dance party!

Travel costs: In addition to the package price, there will be up to a $10 extra per person fee if held outside of Hula Hoop Nashville studio, all prices include travel within 25 miles of downtown Nashville. Additional mileage may incur an additional travel charge.  Please contact us for more information.

Birthday Parties

$300/1 hour - up to 10 children 

$20- additional per child after 10

This is one birthday you'll never forget! In addition to the Hula Hoop Dance Party, you can also expect a hoop dance routine performed by Lydiana. We will provide all the hoops for the party to use or to purchase.  You will learn basic hula hooping moves and cool tricks while getting fit and having a blast with friends! Each child will also receive a Super Hooper Certificate at the end.

Bachelorette Parties

• $300 /1 hour - up to 10 people

• $25 - per person after 10

• $10/extra person if held outside the studio  

• Hula hoops are provided for use and for sale.

• Music can be customized to fit your theme 

• Free hoop for bride to be! 

Corporate Events
